In your own service area. We run the ads locally, only where you build, so every homeowner who comes through is someone you could realistically take on. The specific homeowners get matched up once we're working together. We never pull leads from some other city and hand them to you.

They're all on this page, in the table above. At signing it's a $500 one-time build fee plus your first week of ad spend ($50 to $100 a day, your call). During the 30-day trial you're only covering ad spend, no retainer. If it proves out and you want to keep going, it's a flat $2,000 a month plus ad spend, month to month, cancel anytime with written notice. Nothing automatic, nothing hidden.

What if it doesn't work for my market?
That's exactly what the trial is for. You run 30 days covering only ad spend, you can pause the spend anytime, and the retainer only starts if you tell us in writing you want to continue. We carry the burden of proving it works before you commit to anything ongoing.
How fast does it start?
About 10 to 14 business days to build out your funnel, lead form, ads, and automation. There's a short kickoff call to nail down your service area and a quick screen-share to connect your calendar so homeowners book straight into your schedule.
